Reopening FAQ’s

Are your toilets open again?

From 12th April, the centre toilets will be open again. Please remember that, due to physical distancing, you may need to queue. Thank you for your patience.

How do I know which businesses are open again?

Please check individual store pages for information. If you are making a dedicated visit, we recommend phoning the store/restaurant to check their opening hours.

Why do you have a one-way system in place in the Mall?

Due to the width of the Mall, we have put a one-way system in place so that our shoppers can keep their distance from others. We would ask you to follow this system, and then give way to other shoppers when crossing across to the customer toilets. Our staff will be on hand if you have any queries.

Where can I find hand sanitiser stations?

Hand sanitiser stations will be located throughout the Mall – please do use them as often as needed.

What are you doing to keep the centre clean?

Our cleaners will be maintaining high standards as the centre reopens, with regular sanitisation of touch points within the centre, including lift buttons, customer toilets etc.

Is the car park open?

Yes – the car park is open as usual. When paying for your parking, please use contactless payment wherever possible. Please keep your distance from other when queuing to pay, and when walking to/from your car.

Can I use the lifts?

Yes – the lifts are in use. In order to help manage physical distancing, we are asking only one person (or household) to use the lifts at any one time.

Please allow others to exit the lift before you enter the lift, and queue sensitively whilst waiting.

Is the seating out in the Mall?

Seating is out in the Mall, however we have added stickers indicating where you can sit whilst maintaining physical distancing. Please only sit in the area indicated by our ‘Safe seat’ vinyl.

Are stores limiting the number of people who can enter the store at one time?

Before reopening, each store will have completed their own Covid-19 Secure Risk Assessment; as part of this assessment, they will identify the number of people who can be in the store at any time – this will be displayed on the store window. Where needed, there will be queue management systems in place outside each store.
